Refund policy
Digital goods
Immediately after a you places an order for any digital product, the downloadable/streamable content is automatically delivered via email and can also be accessed on your online account.
Due to the immediacy of this process, once you make a purchase, you are effectively requesting the download and therefore acknowledge that you do not have the right to cancel. As a result, no refunds will authorised.
Refunds will only be given in instances where you have made an accidental, duplicate purchase of the exact same digital product.
Physical goods
We to a lot of care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. Each shipment is closely quality-checked before handing over to our couriers. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have fourteen (14) working days from date of receipt within which to return any unused items for a full refund.
To make a return
To make your return, please follow the instructions below carefully – this is particularly important for non-UK returns to avoid any additional customs charges, which customers may be liable to pay if items are not returned correctly.

All items must be returned in their original, saleable condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags) together with the receipt/invoice.
Carefully package items for return (re-using original packaging where possible) and label the package using the Returns Label that we will provide.
Return the items via a suitable carrier to ensure safe delivery of the return.
Customers are liable for payment of return shipping and the damage or loss of items in transit. It is recommended that items are returned by recorded/tracked delivery and that you retain any proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item(s).
FOR NON-UK RETURNS: Please use the Returns Label supplied. All return packages must be clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS” (as included on the label). It is very important that this is visible for UK border force and is not covered by any stickers or stamps or other labelling.
Any customs duties or VAT incurred as a result of incorrect labelling or returns process will be liable for payment by the customer. Where charges are payable, the return package may be refused by us and returned to you by the carrier or we will be obliged to pay the carrier on your behalf, the cost of which will be deducted from any funds returned to you.
Processing your return
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will process your return/refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement (or issue an additional charge) if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, i.e. in a way beyond what might reasonably be allowed in a shop.
Refunds due will be issued to the customer’s payment account. Once the refund has been issued, this may take up to 5 working days to appear as cleared funds depending on the payment method used. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@thegoodedit.club.
Once your return has been received and processed we will send you a confirmation email.
FAQs
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not process refunds for digital products except for accidental, duplicate purchases (see above for more details). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
